Mary Raman, ARNP

Mary Raman, ARNP, grew up in New York State. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont, and her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee. She is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining the Thielen Student Health Center in 2007, she worked as a nurse practitioner with the Tennessee Department of Public Health.
Mary enjoys the patient education and health promotion aspects of her work at TSHC. She likes getting to know her patients and welcomes their health care questions. Mary values opportunities for continuing education that her work at TSHC allows.
Mary and her husband have two sons and one dog. In her free time, she enjoys attending her sons’ musical performances, hiking, exercising, travel, and food.
