Jim Nespor, PT, ATC

I really enjoy being able to work in the college setting and with college-aged students. My favorite thing about working in Ames and at Iowa State University is the people and patients I get to work with every day.”

Jim Nespor, PT, ATC

Jim Nespor, PT, ATC, grew up in Fairbury, Nebraska, just southwest of Lincoln. Jim was drawn to Thielen Student Health Center by the thought of helping healthy, motivated students return to a variety of everyday activities including work and intramural sports.

Jim came to Iowa State after holding a similar position at Purdue University. His expertise and familiarity with students shows in his approach to student health. He strives to give each patient a physical therapy program tailored specific to them and their injury so they recover as quickly and fully as possible.

Jim and his wife live in Ames with their son and daughter. In his spare time you can find Jim watching Cyclone sports, working out or riding his bike. He especially likes to tinker with cars.
