Office and Telehealth Visits

We are here for you! We are offering several ways for you to see the providers in our campus clinic. Call us at 515-294-5801 and we will work to set up the best option for you and your circumstances.

We are seeing patients in person and via telehealth Monday through Friday, from 8AM-5PM (Starting May 11: 7:30AM-4:00PM). Depending on your symptoms, and consultation with our nursing and front desk team, you will be scheduled appropriately for an office visit, telehealth visit or asked to postpone your appointment.

(*The lists are not all inclusive. The scheduling of office visits and telehealth visits are based on patient conversations with nursing and front desk team discussing symptoms and determining the best solution for the patient and their current circumstances. This in no way implies urgency or a tiered-care approach.)
